Actually, most of our members DO already follow a workout program of some sort. We do start with a warmup, but, I’ll be honest…our warmups are pretty, umm, intense. So, loosen up a little before pushing play. A little foam rolling, a short power walk, something. If a little warmup just doesn’t happen: start the workout out easy and build as you loosen up.
The warmer you are before we start, the less chance of injury and the better you’ll perform in the workout.

My favorite tool, and one I use A LOT through the workouts, are TRX Suspension Training straps. they are NOT required but if you’re able to I HIGHLY suggest investing in a set. It’s pretty much the only piece of equipment you’ll ever need. That said, if having a set of straps just isn’t in the cards…good substitutes are resistance bands and/or dumbbells. Pretty much anything we do with straps you can replicate in some way with either the bands or weights.

NO! I hate contracts. Especially gym ones. Most gyms love it when you sign a long term contract and then never show up again. It’s the business model too many are built on. I say: if I’m not delivering 100% of the value that you signed up for, you should be free to take your business elsewhere anytime you want. I like happy, successful clients. The short answer is: no. In my book, you’re ALL athletes; just at different stages of your journey. All 212 workouts are designed to be modifiable for all levels and abilities, from those just starting out to elite athletes. For any given exercise we do, I’ll demonstrate the movement and then show ways to scale it for either advanced or beginner athletes. That said, these are designed to be very intense workouts. It’s up to YOU to pay attention to how you feel and adjust the pace or range of motion according to YOUR current ability. If you’re unsure about participating in hard workouts, run it by your doctor. If they give the green light…I’ll do everything I can to help you be successful. I’m excited for you: Let’s do this!!
That…is a great question. There IS a ton of free stuff out there.
I explored going the free route and it came down to this: I want YOU to be my customer…not the dozens of companies I’d be chasing to advertise on my site. Every site out there makes money somehow. Usually by advertising on the site or upselling a “Premium” service, or supplements, or…something. I’ve studied many of these free sites and they inevitably are geared towards the advertiser, not YOU. The workouts are rarely outstanding, the content is geared towards getting millions of eyeballs on it…not necessarily being the best value for YOU. And one of the things that has always been at the top of my “Important List” is: the tribe vibe. Most free sites just don’t end up having the “tribe vibe” I’ve always loved in the groups I’ve trained. Free sites are all about eyeballs on pages, without much interest from the trainer in the client actually doing the workout or their results. The end game goes in favor of those that pay to advertise on the site.
